My stay was wonderful! From start to finish, communication with Dana was excellent. My questions were answered immediately, and I had no problems checking in. The apartment itself was large and spacious, with everything you need. The location was also great. The common area on the roof was also wonderful; it was a great place to relax after a long day! I highly recommend this property!

Location is good, close to everything. Interior is new and modern.
Toilet doesn’t flush well. Parking is in another building close by. We arranged a check in time but waited for almost an hour in the lobby (no AC that day) to get greeted by the staff.

Location was great (walking distance to the convention center) and honestly was pretty quiet despite being in a downtown location (this was during AX and World Cup). Everything was clean and well-kept.
There's only 1 keyfob to the lobby door, so if you're with a larger group, it's a little awkward when people want to return at different times.

The view was pretty decent.
The a/c didn't work, it was 82 to 83° in the room during the day and about 79 to 80° at night making it a very uncomfortable stay. The hot tub wasn't filled up and didn't work and the host barely spoke any English which made it very difficult to understand her.
