The pool is amazing

Breakfast was very good with a huge variety which I imagine would cater for most people.
The staff at the rooftop pool were not very attentive to say the least and seemed more intent on flirting with each other than attending to guests. I also didn't like the fact that we could not charge items to our room even though we had shown our physical credit card on checking in. I later found out that if you book through Booking.com this is not allowed, a fact I found out later as the waitress couldn't seem to relay this to me!
Although a stunning view the pool is tired and needs a lot of work to get it up to 5 Star standard.
In fact I would say that this may have been a five star hotel 15 years ago but not now.
It's not great value for money and I would choose to stay somewhere else on our return to Saigon.
