Personnel was kind. Parking available in front of the building.
It is hard to call it a hotel. It is more like a house tried to be converted in a hotel with high pretensions but that didn’t really work. Our room was small, hard to move around or even unpack. The bathroom had a window to the room, meaning lack of privacy. Some curtains were trying to solve this unsuccessfully. Lack of soundproofing. Breakfast place was super tiny, to the point that no more than two people could stand up around the buffet, making it awkward. Breakfast was average to poor and coffee not included (available but to be paid extra). We felt fooled. We know Sarajevo and have stayed in different kind of accomodations. I would rather recommend staying in an airbnb: cheaper, better quality and you have the whole place for you.
