About this apartment rental
Very Nice 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Gulf Front unit on the First floor. Every room has a great view of the Gulf. Tile floors throughout the unit. Recently upgraded Kitchen with tile floors and stone backsplash. It is also PET-FRIENDLY. A maximum of 2 well-behaved and well trained dogs under 30 pounds. Chairs service is also included for this unit. The first floor has easy access to the beach and pet walks.

Condo at 101 west was a great location ! Easy access to beach and pool! Plenty of room for us. Master bedroom was really big and spacious ! Bed was not firm enough for me but that is a personal preference, everyone is different ! We would stay there again ! Host was easy to work with , accessible and answered any questions in a timely manner!

Great location, spacious condo, loved the view and the beach chairs/umbrella option available every day. Even though it was during college spring break and our building was next to the active Sand Piper Beacon Resort, there wasn’t that much noise at all.

The second night we were there the ceiling started leaking in two different spots in the living room. Needs new pots and pans so if you plan to cook I would carry my own. Really not worth the money we had to pay.
