This super cute home has two bedrooms, wood floors, stone fireplace, and a big, screened back porch overlooking a wooded backyard. On the lakeside of Red Arrow Road, the location is ideal for walking to Warren Dunes, a short drive to several nearby beautiful beaches and golf courses, bike trails, and visiting local breweries, restaurants and shops. Winter activities include scenic walks, cross country ski trails, exploring the unique shops along Red Arrow Highway, and sitting in front of the fireplace with a good book! Stocked with everything you need for the beach, grilling, or chilling at the house with games and puzzles. In home WIFI allows for remote working if needed! Additional amenities include gas grill, bikes, beach gear, TV, firewood, and full capacity washer/dryer. Proximity to several points of interest, including: Warren Dunes (20 min walk or 5 min drive) Downtown Sawyer (1.2 miles) New Buffalo (10 miles) St Joe's (15 miles) Notre Dame (35 miles) NOTE: This house does not include 'sitting' rights at the nearby private beaches, but you can certainly walk on them. The Warren Dunes is walkable by beach or road, as well as accessible by car.

House is exactly as pictured. Fireplace was excellent, and we spent most of our weekend sitting in front of it and just relaxing. Property owners were very communicative and helpful, and the house had everything we needed.

I wish we were back at this place sitting in front of the fire and going for walks. Terry was a great host and I’m hoping we can go back soon. I’m sure it would be even more wonderful in the summer in the screened in porch!

My wife and I had an amazing time in Sawyer exploring the dunes and many restaurants, breweries, vineyards, etc in the area. Terry was an amazing host and even was kind enough to ship us a valuable item we forgot! Thanks Terry!

We stayed at the cottage for Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect! Walking distance to Lake Michigan, quick drive to the state park and all the wineries. The cottage had everything you needed for your stay. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch! The host was fantastic with great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The property was clean and beautiful! We can’t wait to go back!

This home offers a great location for visiting the area. The neighborhood is quiet for walking around, also shopping along the red arrow highway, Warren Dunes, and all the towns along Lake MI. The screened porch was a lovely place to relax at night and the mattress’s provided a great nights sleep. The owners are easy to reach and very accommodating. You won’t be disappointed in your stay.

We were very pleased with everything about this cottage. Very clean, well decorated & landscaped, and seemed to have many of the little things you might need but forgot to bring. It was very chilly during our stay, and the fireplace made it good. And the firewood was included. We chose this cottage because it allowed us to bring our dog, and how close Warren Dunes SP is, which itself is dog friendly. Warren Dunes has amazing beaches and hiking over the dunes and through the wooded dunes areas.

We had a wonderful time at this house! It's a hidden gem! Very private and super quiet street that really made you feel like you were hidden in the woods! We saw lots of deer and rode our bikes and walked the dogs down the lane, into a beautiful residential area that was also hidden! House was very clean, AC worked great when we needed it and we used all the wood in the cute fireplace! 😁 Terry was easy to reach and communicated perfectly checkin info! We will be back!

This house and its surrounding were just what we were looking for four teachers to wind down after a hard school year. The house is charmingly decorated and very comfortable and clean. We spent a lot of time on the huge porch(wish it had a couch for lounging out there though). It’s location is perfect for coffee houses and restaurants and the beach. He even has beach essentials right there. Terry is wonderful to work with, promptly answering any and all questions. We’ll be back!.

Property was awesome. Quiet, beautiful landscaping, deer, birds, etc. Very peaceful. If you like to cook, you'll love the quality of the cookware and utensils. When you don't feel like cooking hit the Greenbush brewery for grub and great beer! Screened proch is beautiful and well appointed. Love the fireplace and firepit. Thank you to Paul and Terry for letting us rent your lovely home.

We had a rainy few days yet we still enjoyed the fresh surroundings, enclosed porch with our dogs and games to play. There were plenty of soft blankets to sit with at the fireplace and relax. Everything you could imagine you'd need is there in the kitchen to use. Beds were so comfy. I will come back in the summertime.

My husband, baby, dog and I stayed during a snowy weekend in March. The fireplace is wonderful and was fully stocked with wood for the weekend. The house is thoughtfully decorated and has all the supplies you need for a getaway, and is very conveniently located. We'd definitely stay again!
