Located in Sawyer, this attractive condo for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This Fall or Winter sit by the gas fireplace, enjoy a Nespresso and curl up on the large couch. Landscaped grounds with a condo fire pit stocked with wood. Hop into the two person hot tub to warm up on chilly days. Three minutes from Cherry Beach! You may never want to leave! Also, minutes from the local breweries, antique shops, wineries and many amazing restaurants(including Cafe Gulistan and Gather which is right next door!). Vineyard Lofts is a magical place. Cherry Beach(Harbert's quiet beach) is a 4 minute drive away. Enjoy a complimentary Nespresso and sit back and read a book in the light filled great room. Book with us today! Light Sleepers should note the condo is 1/2 a block away from a train/freight train crossing. The trains do honk their horns at night so the condo is not suitable for light sleepers. - Outdoor gas grill - 2 Person Hot tub -Nespresso machine with pods - Three 4K Smart Televisions with Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBOplus apps(Must provide your own log in) No cable but TV's all have Samsung TV plus provided for free - WiFi Internet -Bose bluetooth speaker - Beach chairs, boogie board and beach towels and blanket - Dishwasher - Washing machine and dryer -Queen Sofa Bed in Master with Dual memory foam mattress with two sides(a soft side and a firmer side) that can be flipped depending on your preference. -Honeywell room air filter machines provided on each floor CLEANING and LAUNDRY FEE: $300 per stay We pride ourselves on keeping the condo spotless. The condo is professional cleaned. All laundry is sent out for professional laundering. Hot tub is professionally serviced every week. - sorry, no pets -3 night minimum - 4 night minimum stay during June 1st-September 30th Condo is not ideal for young children(under 8). Light Sleepers should note the condo is 1/2 a block away from a train/freight train crossing. Please note this is a condo association. No gatherings or parties of any kind. This Vineyard Lofts Condo was fantastic. Exactly as it was shown online. It was VERY well equipped. You can get to so many great beach towns. I would highly recommend

10 out of 10!!!!! We loved our first stay at this beautiful condo. Kudos to Monique and her cleaning crew for providing a spotless environment for our annual mother/daughter trip to Southwest Michigan. The attention to detail in this home can't be beat! The location is in close proximity to our favorites in New Buffalo, and it was fun to discover new favorites like sunsets at Cherry Beach and sweet treats at Harbert Swedish Bakery this year. We can't wait to visit again in Summer 2024.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is a beautiful two bedroom. It was nice that the hall closet was stocked with beach gear! I especially appreciated the walk-in showers.
We did find it challenging that so many businesses were not open on the days we visited. We had never been to the area before and had no idea that place is closed on Monday and Tuesday and even some more still closed on Wednesday. I think we would come Thursday through Monday in the future.

This has to be one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. We have stayed at a lot! The pictures on VRBO, are wonderful. The place in-person is even better. I could not think of one thing the host may have forgotten. Such detail has gone into making your stay the best possible. We had such an enjoyable stay. Very nice location to several beaches, lots of antique shops, restaurants. Just an awesome location and codi for you getaway! You will not be disappointed. We will be back!! Thanks so much fir being a wonderful host!

Beautiful place, incredibly decorated, thought of everything.They have a fire pit on the grounds to roast marshmallows and nice patios to sit outside for the evenings.
The beds were comfortable but light came in the bedroom since there are only sheer coverings. The owner said she will look into adding curtains. they give you eye pads but I am not that comfortable sleeping with eye coverings. The train is loud and they provide you with ear plugs. We didn't wake up during the night, just loud in the morning. The house was spectacular I just wanted to warn you, bring your eye pads and have a marvelous time. You will love the place

The condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable! Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The owners provide you with all the necessities and then some! They also provided us with a welcome packet with all the info you need! We will definitely stay again!!

The property is in a great location. It was as-described, and was clean, comfortable had everything we needed. We knew that a train track was near, but had no problems with the noise.

Girlfriends Getaway
This property was exactly as pictured. Huge spaces with everything we needed for a wonderful weekend away. The hosts have thought over absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. Fabulous decor and furnishings, best welcome book I have every encountered EVER ....so helpful and complete! We enjoyed the sofa planet, sleeping areas, well equipped kitchen (Nespresso!!!) and hot tub. Absolutely perfect. We'll be back as soon as possible.

This place was AWESOME!!! Sometimes VRBO listing pics can be deceiving, but this condo actually *exceeded* all the pics in the listing. My boyfriend and I both walked in and immediately said "WOW!" Too many positives to try and list, but here are a few:
--Extremely clean.
--Very open and spacious.
--Beautiful modern decor and finishes.
--Loved the hot tub...perfect for two!
--Check in/out was easy peasy.
--Everything you could possibly want or need was there....wine opener, candle lighter, shampoo/soap/qtips/etc, kitchen gadgets and utensils, BBQ utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, towels galore, beach toys, board games, books, bluetooth speaker, snow shovel, and so much more. Monique has seriously thought of (and stocked) it all!!
--Lots of adorable "extras" like relaxing pillow mist on the bedside table.
--Within walking distance (across the parking lot!) from Cafe Gulistan (yum!!).
The only negatives (super minor) were decaf only Nespresso pods and no indoor doormat where you enter (we were there in the winter and the floor around the entry got slippery from snow).
My boyfriend and I LOVED this place and didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!!!

Place is gorgeous and tons of privacy. Hottub on a cold winter night was great. Very close to the dunes, and even though seemed a ton of restaurants were closed for the winter, still plenty of great food options around.

We are already thinking about renting it again in a couple of months with another couple. The owners of this property really took the time to think about the needs of the person staying there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property at Vineyard Lofts. Everything was as stated in the listing, and items are extremely organized and well-marked within the unit. We enjoyed the spa despite the chilly weather. Beds are very comfortable, the owners have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. We plan to return again!

The kids loved the pullout sofa sleeper. This location is over the top great place to stay I highly recommend. There are 4 beach chairs 2 boogie boards and towels. Lots of board games to enjoy as a family. Everything in the condo is well labeled in the cabinets and threw out the place. I would definitely stay here again.
