The gardens, the quiet, the ambiance and decor.
The pool looked dirty around the outside, the outside area from our room only had one chair and no table. No privacy at all. The breakfast area is too crowded. When there are tour buses they should park at the back instead of taking guest parking in the front. My least favourite thing is how there is a very strong perfume scent in the lobby. Way too much - I felt ill

Beautiful property tucked away from the downtown. Very helpful staff comfortable room with a beautiful private balcony.
There wasn’t much to walk too close by, but we had a rental car so it is no problem

We got a free upgrade when we arrived and got the family room with two balconies and large bedroom. Check-out is standard at 12.00 O’clock.
Really overpriced. We paid over €400,- for one night, but what you get in return us definitely not worth that much money (even with the free room upgrade). The spa facilities are really small. The steam cabin and sauna are just for two people at a time.
