We loved our little cottage on the ocean. It’s a great, convenient location with easy street parking and a nice restaurant across the beach that’s open till 11pm. We loved hearing the waves crash as we fell asleep and when we woke up each day. Highly recommended!
We swapped some cushions from the sofa to use as pillows ‘cos the pillows were too hard

Loved the location and the view. Thoroughly enjoyed having my morning coffee or a glass of wine out on the balcony facing the ocean and morning walks along the beach.
House was smaller than expected. Bathroom was very small and difficult to use since there was no place to put your toiletries. Could use a shelf above the sink and in the shower. Also no toilet paper holder. Had to put paper in top of the tank which made it hard to reach. Main issue was the TV. It did not work and it was very outdated. Tech support was not able to help. I believe you can do better so that your guests are more comfortable regardless of their taste. Extra linens and towels would have been appreciated for stays longer than 5 days. Property needs maintenance. Gates need to be repaired. Also the possibility of parking inside the property would be a bonus. Peace of mind that your car is safe, since most guests are renting cars. Parking on the street was not an issue but a bit worrisome.
