The location was excellent, right on the cliff top, the staff were friendly and efficient and the evening meal was good quality.
We were offered an upgrade on our room for a very reasonable rate, which we took, and that finished off our stay perfectly.
Some noise from the outside bar and kitchen, which stopped at a reasonable time in the evening.

Our room was large, clean,. The restaurant was spacious and the food was amazing.
I can’t say there was many anything I didn’t like with the property. The only thing I would comment on would be that it is looking abit tired in places but I am guessing the sea air doesn’t help.

Breakfast was great.
Room was a little disappointing as the mattress wasn’t comfortable and pillows were awful. There was repair work in the room next door and the painter was singing very loudly to the music playing in his ear buds until gone 6 pm and was still working (not singing though) which I could hear until about 9.
The kitchen had sold out of what I wanted for dinner. The suggested entree was overcooked.
Previously, I’ve always had great meals at PB every year when I visit from the USA. I am bringing friends for dinner tomorrow so I hope for a better experience. My waitress was very good and very attentive.
