The property was okay for me

I have never had such a positive experience with staff before. This is a 3-star hotel, mind you, but it exceeded the hospitality of even some 5-star hotels I've stayed in. This isn't a fancy hotel, so don't expect glamor or pizzazz, but I respect that. It has everything you need, and not much more. It's a humble space that feels like home. The rooms are spacious and SUPER clean. At the time of writing (July 21 2026) the hotel was about 6 years old or so, and when we went (June 2026) it still looked virtually brand new! Even if you pick the two double bed rooms with a showerbox (which I recommend, the bath tub isn't great), it doesn't feel crammed at all. The rooms facing the streets aren't whisper quiet, but you are directly on the street. And for me, it was actually a positive because I need a soft background noise to sleep. I also loved how big the screen was. If you have a console with you, or brought your own movies, you can actually use the TV unlike in some hotels. And the A/C unit was quiet which is also more than I can say about any 3-star hotel. Considering what we paid, I think the hotel is great value for money, but I sincerely hope they don't raise their prices in the future. We paid about 4 grand for two rooms and 9 nights, which isn't cheap, but we did book less than 24 hours in advance. Your mileage may vary, but I don't think you can do much better for a 3-star hotel. Also Parking was free, you just need to stick the parking permit on your dashboard. It's based on first-come first served.

Even though the hotel is close to everything you need in Lynnwood, if you don't have a car already, it's kind of a hassle to get around. If you're only staying a few nights, you can make use of a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby which are all within walking distance - we particularly liked "Kona Kitchen" - however, it's mostly the common culprits; Starbucks, Chipotle, IHOP, etc. If you wanna get to Seattle or, it's 50 minutes on a typical day (5 minutes drive to the central station, and another 45 minutes on the light rail at least.). You'll definitely be better served with renting a car, trust me. Also, laundry isn't cheap: it's about 1.5 - 2 bucks for the washer per cycle, and a flat 1.5 for the dryer I believe. And there is only one set available. Bring your own detergent. Finally, I really wish there was an option to add breakfast to your full reservation instead of paying every time. Having said that, we only had breakfast here once, and it isn't the best to begin with.

I love the vibe. It reminds me of Las Vegas. The rooms are beautiful.
