Like the refreshment station at reception with wide variety of tea. The breakfast is excellent with hot meals, etc

It’s convenient and safe

The hot water flask at the reception is often empty. Could be refilled more frequently. Staff is helpful to allow us to get hot water from dispenser at the kitchen

Ok for a couple of days

I enjoy the location as it is in a good location. It is close to Alderwood Mall. The breakfasts were good. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms are old. The laundry facilities were inoperable. In the past when we stayed there the facilities were great.

Loved the clean and comfortable room, the shower, helpful staff, fitness area, laundry, free plentiful parking, hearty breakfast, location near restaurants and shopping areas. I will return when I am in the area!

The door to the bathroom didn't close completely but was closed enough. The housekeeping manager reported it to maintenance. The bed was comfortable but would prefer a mattress with no pressure points. Would have liked egg white scramble offered as well as whole grain options, vegetables and Greek yogurt too for breakfast plus other fresh fruit choices beyond oranges.

Front desk and cleaners are extremely courtesy and helpful

Breakfast serve with limited selection and if you’re start you breakfast at 9:30am, you won’t see much food left for you. The stuff at the cafeteria are not kind to the customers

THIS WAS EASILY THE WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

Nothing.

The rooms were very dirty. I was checked in late, was brought into a room that had an open bar of soap on the sink, toilet paper and blood in the toilet, a used tampon in the garbage, and hair on the bed. I then was brought into another room, which had a big blood stain on the carpet. The hotel manager stated that “she bets the stain was actually red hair dye” and refused to compensate me anything more of $10 for one night! This was blasphemous. Never staying in this place again and highly recommend everyone else to rebook for other hotels. Lastly, the rooms smelled horrible. absolutely horrible.

Overall satisfactory.

There is no hot water after 12:00 midnight. Guests should know the water will be cold/ tepid from midnight through 8:00 am. when checking in.

Not great. Breakfast should be optional when booking.

Check in was swift.

Around 10:30pm a van pulled up outside our window. Three people inside & 2 people on foot appeared. Lots of talking & it appeared like a drug deal. Two women & one man entered the hotel by the pool area. The van finally left. Let’s just say that’s not how I invisioned my Memorial Weekend. I can’t believe the front desk didn’t see any of that on camera.

Nice value for money!

The toom was standard chain hotel rooms, the bed was comfortable. The 24 hour cofee and lemon infused water was a great plus. keep it going! The breaksfast was simple hotel fare but enough and filling, overall nice value for money!

The accesible rooms could be better maintained.

VERY DISAPOINTED AND worried for my health at the end of my stay fauly light bulb in their bathroom exploded and tiny peices of glass got in my eye and all the staff and management would say or do is o we are so sorry... sorry? if they were so worried how about offering a discount or even refund?

worst hotel ever in my experience

good location

there was no hot water and we were looking for hotel with swimming pool. when we checked in we were told after that swimming pool is seasonal but it was not on the website. They are having no hot water from 1st of April according to other guests and past reviews which we saw later but they still did not tell us till we found out the hard way.

There was no hot water from midnight to late we couldn’t shower or brush teeth.the staff were rude won’t answer phone ,it was the worst experience for my wife and me since we went for our wedding aniversary

Friendly staff and perfect location for our venue plans.

The soap holder in the shower was loose, so nothing could be set on it, nothing that affected our overall stay though for sure.

Room was clean and had a nice King Sized bed.

Hot tub was not operational and there was no tub in the bathroom.
