I was happy that it was a one night stay.

Convenient to the shopping mall.

The gentleman checking me in didn’t know what he was doing. While eating breakfast a mouse appeared and was scurrying all over the floor of the eating area. In the room we found a sock behind the bedroom door that didn’t belong to us. I don’t think I would choose to stay there again. With all the issues, it was not a good value.

Had to stay here in an emergency. Never again.

2 positive things. 1. The office staff were nice. 2. There where enough beds.

On 2nd floor without elevator after trying to book a handicapped room. Beds where uncomfortable. Sink in bathroom was broken and poorly glued back together, got cut on it. Sink in kitchen leaked and flooded the counter. Only gave decaf coffee in our room.

we found Fentanyl in the couch. Not a safe place for children. Not very clean.

If you have a toddler bring a pressure mounted babygate for the stairs.

Love the space in these suites

Didn't like that the staff allowed the guest below us to harass us about our toddler going up and down the stairs a handful of time before bedtime.

Excellent family and pet friendly hotel! the rooms are large, the full kitchens are lovely, and it is extremely comforta

The property has an excellent layout such that everything is easy to access and there are no bad parking spaces. There are lots of places to walk a dog, too. the rooms are roomy, 100% clean, and comfortable.

Exceptionally nice room and property, professional, friendly, and helpful staff

This was my first stay and I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room, the convenient location and layout of the property, the availability and ease of parking, and the very helpful staff.

A wonderful, centrally located getaway for shopping trips with girl friends.

The breakfast as it was explained to us is still recovering from protocols around covid. but the premade sandwiches, breakfast, wraps etc.. were all very good. Coffee was great although we went out and bought our own creamer.

Paying for parking. Did not read the fine print. But 12.00/night was not excessive.

Stayed here many times. Love it! It's perfect in all ways, except for the hide-a-bed mattress

Great place and location for a girls getaway weekend.

Hide-a-bed mattress is horrible. Definitely need to be upgraded

Ok just to expensive poor customer service

The manager was nice and helpful.

The two girls under the manager didn’t seem to know what to do and had no patience. Also no pool indoors looked like an apartment instead of a hotel. Didn’t keep up the parking area had a lot of snow and ice. The doors were hard to open. To expensive for what you get. The staff besides manager were freaked out if you asked them something they need more training. Also why would there be a pool outdoors in Washington. Also had to ask for water didn’t even offer it to me poor customer service.

The rooms were very clean and ready to stay in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

During our stay the weather was very poor, the stairwells and sidewalks were extremely icy and uncapped which made it difficult for my family

I was in Washington for a family function. No time to try the breakfast. But loved that the rooms were more like a small apartment. Placed in a quiet semi attached room. If I get to stay longer, will be sure to stay again.

Promised a final bill to be emailed. Didn’t happen.

Despite AC issues, the staff made things right and our stay was great.

It was a very hot day in Everett and the air conditioning in our room did not work which made our stay miserable.

No patrol at night for safe and quietness!

I like only the bed.

No breakfast! The across our room, there were having a party and smoking weed. I could not sleep until 1 AM. It wasn't worth paying that much money and no rest at night!
