I feel so dirty now.

It looked nice, until we got to the room. Location was ok. Close to the mall.

Looks are deceiving, very much so. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this time I will. First thing we noticed was the thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan and fire sprinkler. Next there was dust on the walls, some questionable stuff smeared on the walls, a HUGE chunk of someone’s long hair hanging on the bathroom door where you would hang your towel, and greasy forehead or nose marks on the door were you can look to see who is on the other side of your door. We noticed this the first and only night we stayed. I brought this to the front dest guy’s attention and he apologized and offered us a different room, but we were exhausted so I said we would stay where we were (since the bed was clean) but I wanted them to know so housekeepers could properly clean it when we left. He kindly waived our parking fee and apologized again. I slept horrible, because it was LOUD at whatever place is right next door, and our phone rang once every 30 or so minutes which was annoying. When I finally got up, I opened the silverware drawer and saw a cockroach!!!! I was pissed and horrified so I got dressed and went down to speak to the manager. I explained all this to her and she was very apologetic and said they would refund us the entire fee we were charged. I do feel bad leaving this bad review because ALL the staff we talked to were all very nice and welcoming but that room was gross. I was told by the front desk guy last night that they are having problems with housekeeping…so my question is, if you have problems with housekeeping, why not inspect the rooms each day before letting people check in?

It was nice.

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the ceiling fan.

One burner on the stove top didn't heat all the way up. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

Very Good Overall

The location was deliberately chosen to be within a short distance of my mother's residence, as visiting her was he principal reason for coming to the US in general and Lynnwood in particular. The staff make the place, in particular the GM Leilani and the front counter staff. Very helpful indeed.

Breakfast. More variety and no paper plates or plastic cutlery.

Great for our one night stay, would be the perfect place for business or a couple of days

Friendly staff, great location as it was surrounded by stores, restaurants, and the major roadways, $10 off grub hub coupon, free parking. Our room was large, clean, and the kitchen and items in it was great. Nice shower!

The ceiling fan in the room needed a little wd-40.

Takes advantage through charging outrageous prices!

The staff were polite and the variety of food was good. Large seating area too.

My family was charged $500, per day, more on top of what we had already paid due to having our dogs with us! Completely outrageous and we had to pay it because no place else was available. Over $1000s, for 2 nights, to bring a child to an appointment.

Finding the location was easy. The check in was fast and we were able to extend our stay at the desk. The parking was easy and the hotel was easy to navigate.

I loved staying at this hotel

The pictures on the booking site did not do the room justice. It was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. The breakfast looked good but we didn’t eat cause we had to pack and get going. I loved staying here.

Pleasant

Slow check in. Door to our room wouldn't lock, after we had unpacked and ready to go to a conference. Then we had to move to a different floor and were late for our meeting. Then when we came back the key wouldn't work to our room. Had to go back down to the office and get new keys. And no discount for our trouble, just $10 parking removed.

Not what we expected.

The staff tried their best to make us comfortable.

We had to request a new room because the first one was not clean. It was dusty as if no one had keen in it for a very long time. The second room was better but very run down. This hotel looks new on the outside but the rooms need to be updated to match. It’s very deceiving.

Loved my whole stay. I miss the hotel. I stayed here for almost 15 days.

breakfast was good and filling. I never missed my breakfast because of this. Location was awesome everything you need is closer to this hotel. I just loved the location of this hotel.

Timing of the breakfast. I wanted it to end around 11 or 12. So everyone could enjoy the yummiest breakfast.

Exceptional

Checking in was quick and easy and our room was spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful and great with answering any questions we had. With the pool/spa, parlor room, gym and free breakfast I can't think of anything this hotel doesn't have. Our stay was wonderful and we can't wait to book the Homewood Suites again soon.

There are no vending machines, but the hotel makes up for that by having a selection of things that they sell near the front desk.
