It was quite old fashioned but suited the location. The hot tub was amazing and it was so peaceful. Easy drop off and collection not having to mess around with exact check in times.
Some things a little out dated but didn’t effect the stay at all.

The cabin was lovely. So cosy and comfortable. Very clean. Loved the bedroom. The hot tub was hot and ready for our staycation. Own space to park and the dog loved it too. Very relaxing.
Wifi was ok as less signal in certain rooms. Possible a smart TV would be an extra.

Property was open and keys left on the worktop on our arrival, location was perfect, quiet and plenty walks around. Hot tub was a great bonus.
Comfort of the bed was hard and sloped into the centre, A couple of the window latches were broken so couldn’t open them, Oven would only operate on grill as no matter what you turned the dial to only the grill would work, thermostat controls on a few radiators were broken so couldn’t control the flow or heat in certain rooms, general cleanliness was on the poor side, mouldy rubber in the shower, crumbs on the seat when we arrived and the sofa had a smell of vomit, general maintenance of the lodge could be a lot better.
