We did not realize that tourist tax and parking costs are additional, which was a little surprise to us, but the host was very responsive and agreeable so everything went fine in the end. Do take into account that you'll need to make additional payment by bank transfer.
The apartment is around 30-40 min walk by foot to the center, which is ok.
It had everything needed for a short stay.
Not sure if there was a shared kitchen or something like that, we didnt look since we had a super short stay. But we lacked of trash cans in the apartment. There was only a tiny one in the bathroom.
