Sergio, the host, makes you feel immediately at home. We had a problem with a broken handle on our luggage, and he had his brother come with tools to fix it. Above and beyond in service. The room was exceptionally clean, and the building is new, which means great air conditioning and a modern elevator. The Teatro Massimo is about a 10-minute walk away. It is also near the port, and I loved seeing the yachts and cruise liners. There is also a nice restaurant across the street; I believe it is called Aura. We had sushi and dessert.
There is a busy road in front, but with the windows closed, the noise is almost silent, and you are up a few floors, so the view is great!

it was a great place to stay for a night in Palermo. It was so conveniennt to just walk to the places you want to visit. Close to the marina and all in all very good.
Glad it had a very good airconditioning as it was very hot that time we stayed. Very clean and very comfortable.
I have nothing really to complain about, but could have done with another pillow on the bed and also the lift was stuck on the 3rd floor and we were on the second. Nothing to complain about but we just let them know.
