The room was great! We appreciated the special touches, such as the complementary crisps and drinks. Location was good too. It was easy to get to the centre of Palermo by bus (or by foot, in cooler weather).
Check in and check out weren't great. We had trouble finding the place and once we were there, no one answered the door or the phone. We eventually received check in instructions via whatsapp, which were comprehensive and easy to follow.
We then asked if there was somewhere we could leave our bags after check out and were informed that we could leave them at the property, all we had to do was leave them with the person on reception at check out. However, during the whole time we were there, we didn't see one person and it wasn't a surprise when check out came around and there was no one to give our bags to. We tried contacting the property by phone and whatsapp, but they never answered us and we were forced to find another solution and almost missed the tour we had booked that morning. We would have been happy to leave them somewhere else, but as the property had specifically told us we could leave them there, we felt a bit let down.

La habitación está bien ubicada y tiene un buen tamaño. Todo estaba limpio y el jacuzzi y el baño están bien equipados. Te dan una botella para brindar al llegar.
El desayuno era pobre. Había algún dulce, café y zumo. Te lo sirves en la misma recepción y te lo llevas a la habitación.

La camera è senz’altro molto spaziosa, grande potenziale, posizione non centralissima ma in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in via Maqueda. Seppur presente solo al nostro arrivo il personale si è dimostrato gentile.
Non so se sia stato un caso, ma in un certo senso me lo auguro.
La camera dispone di due bagni: uno, quello principale, lo abbiamo trovato con la doccia sporca, sabbia e ciocche di capelli, tappo svitato.
Abbiamo così deciso di usare il secondo: è bastata una doccia di 5 minuti per allagare tutto il bagno e parte della stanza: scarico intasato e doccia che si trasforma in piscina.
Muffa in abbondanza.
Lenzuola bucate in più punti e colazione con macchinetta automatica per caffè e bevande, poco “exclusive”.
Palazzo nel quale è allocata la camera molto vecchio e non in linea, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura.
Insomma, da una struttura con questo nome ci aspettavamo tanto di più.
