Fabulous communication. In a great area near restaurants and port. Very spacious and clean room with excellent communication for self check in. Open areas for sitting outside the room were very welcomed.
It’s a bit odd having the clear shower straight off the bedroom ( bathroom and toilet have a door) but it’s workable as we had a separate area with a sofa and lots of space.

We entered the apartments by self-service, according to the instructions sent in advance.
The room was clean. Clean towels. A bottle of water was left in the fridge.
As soon as we arrived, we were surprised because in the Booking system we booked a different (not this) room. We traveled extensively around Sicily with our family (2 adults and 2 girls). My daughter and I carefully chose the apartments and specifically did not choose the Artisan Maison room with a swing bed. We chose the available 2-room apartment with 2 wide beds for we could rest well and the girls could sleep together, because our little one has fear to sleep alone.
However, for some reason, there was prepared for us 1 room with 1 swing bed and a bunk bed.
When we asked, the apartment administrator explained to us that they only had these apartments available, that they had selected a more spacious room for us, which even had a bidet. Finally, he offered us a refund and to find a place to stay somewhere else. It was Wednesday evening, 8 pm.
The sink in the room by the door and those shower and toilet cabins looked strange. A unique looking swing bed was uncomfortable. The bunk bed too. The room was stuffy. The air conditioner, which was very loud and set to +25 C (and no other way), which was controlled by the smart Alexa, did not help either.
Unfortunately, this stay was unpleasant.
