Beautiful Resort on Lake Huron

the location was perfect! we went up for a wedding and stayed the weekend, our room was great. lakeview and was willing to pay for the view.
We were accidently given 3 rooms for 3 nights instead of 1 room for 3 nights. I contacted the property owner right away before we arrived. He understood and told me he would cancel the other 2 reservations. I didn't think anything more of it. until I received the bill for 3 rooms. I've since been in contact with Both the property owner as well as Booking.com to which they both say it's the others' fault for not processing my refund. it's been nearly 2 months since the initial connection and Im no closer to the resolution then when I started. Please Help

beautiful View , very happy with the location
the Hot water took a long time to get to the room. the first night, I didn't get a shower. being after the Labor Day weekend, I thought maybe it was off, but they did get it!!

The location was the only good thing about this cabin.
I have had stayed at several smaller older cabins in this area. This one was by far the worst I have ever stayed we left early from our stay because I just couldn’t stand staying any longer. We completely cut our trip short by two days because of the state of this cabin. It was dirty, the bathroom, furniture, shower, sink, bed everything was dirty and barely livable.
