El personal del hotel descoordial, groseros, durante 2 días me insinuaron que abandonara el departamento, te hacen esperar para el Check-in, vigilancia 24/7 ..

Great stay, close to train station and city attractions.

Room was large. Kitchenette was great - more than adequate for three nights. Shower was really good. Beds were comfy, as were the pillows. Guest room service from the restaurant below was a handy option (with 15% discount), which we used on our last night.

Was a little noisy since our room faced the street and the main square (where loud drunk people congregated on Fri/Sat nights). We were so tired from sightseeing, that we fell straight to sleep anyway.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft einkaufen zu gehen, sowie schnell in das Herzen der Stadt zu kommen. Die Kombination mit dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist sehr willkommen, da man gut zu jeder Zeit Essen und Trinken kann. Das Apartment ist geräumig und gepflegt. Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte auf die ich bestehen würde oder es als nennenswert erkenne.

Nie wieder

Mitten in der Nacht schreckliche Schreie aus dem Nachbarappartment. Da ich mir Sorgen um das Leben der schreienden Frau gemacht habe, musste ich die Polizei rufen.

Defintiv nicht nochmal, obwohl die Lage so ideal ist.

Top Lage, sauber. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Mainz zu Fuss zu erkunden. Bushaltestellen sind auch in der Nähe.

Grottiger Service. Meine Bitte nach einer zweiten Decke wurde nach dreimaligem Nachhaken erst erfüllt. Küchenzeile ohne jegliche Ausstattung. Daher eigentlich nicht benutzbar.

Bis auf die Kleinigkeiten bzgl. der Ausstattung hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Uns hat Alles gefallen. Unterkunft, Lage, Preis, Freundlichkeit. Erreichbarkeit der Ansprechpartner. Restaurant im Parterre.

Die Küchenaustattung ist dürftig, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck fehlte auch für nur zwei Personen, kein Topfdeckel, keine Kanne oder Isolierkanne, daher keine Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten. Auch keine Kaffeemaschine, dafür aber Kapseln dafür. Kein Besen, Staubsauger, Schaufel oder Handfeger. Es galt aber das Angebot dies vom Servicepersonal jederzeit erledigen zu lassen - aber ist für kleinere Arbeiten nicht wirklich praktikabel und auch übertrieben aufwendig. Es fehlte das Bügeleisen, welches in der Ausstattungsliste steht.

Schönes Appartement - schlechter Service.

Möblierung

Heizung im Bad ohne Funktion. Trotz Reklamation wurde nichts unternommen. 3 Tage Aufenthalt.Waschbecken hatte Risse so das man Angst hatte es zu benutzen. Küche sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Keine Lampen am Bett.

Alles bestens, kämen wir nochmal nach Mainz, auf jeden Fall wieder!

Unser Zimmer im Maxim hatte für mich den besten "Rückzugsoasencharakter" in einer doch schon etwas ausgeprägteren Hotelnutzungsgeschichte. Obwohl mitten in der Innenstadt, fühlten wir uns in dem Zimmer wirklich für uns, und die Ausstattung mit der Küchenzeile und die ansprechende Gestaltung des Zimmers waren wunderbar.

Wenn man ganz oben wohnt, läßt der Fahrstuhl einem immer noch eine Treppe übrig, aber darüber möchte ich eigentlich gar nicht meckern! Nur, weil das Feld schreit :-)

All you need for a productive business trip

Great strategic location of the apartment right above the (tranquile) cocktail bar which we found very relaxing after a busy day.. :) Very nice and helpful staff.

Comfortable and helpful staff!

The friendly and helpful staff were awesome! The location was fine, though about a 1/2 mile from the river if walking (and its an enjoyable walk through the neighborhood). The apartment kitchen could use some more supplies: dish towels, salt, pepper, coffee maker, etc.

The staff accomodated our needs well except we arrived on our touring bicycles and felt that a secure overnight location for our bicycles would have made us feel 100% good about not having them in visual location.

Super Appartement in super zentraler Lage und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Die wirklich zentrale Lage, das super freundlich und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet.

Die küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich und ein Kleiderschrank zum Aufhängen der Kleidung wäre schön gewesen

Großes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung

groß, komfortable Ausstattung, gemütliches Restaurant mit Biergarten im Haus, freundlicher Inhaber, zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof

Morgens und spätabends konnte man mit dem Fahrstuhl nicht bis zum Erdgeschoss fahren. Man musste noch eine längere Treppe vom ersten Stock bis unten hinabsteigen.

Zentral, gut ausgestattet, Ausgang über dunklen Hinterausgang

Total schöne Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, komfortabel eingerichtet, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, aber ruhig, da Fenster nach hinten

Kaffeemaschine und Toaster fehlen für das perfekte Frühstück. Wenn man mit dem Fahrstuhl nach unten fährt, kommt man nicht bis ins Erdgeschoss, sondern muss aus der ersten Etage runterlaufen (was mit Gepäck keinen Spaß macht) und hinten raus über einen kaum beleuchteten, spooky Parkplatz außen um den Block laufen.

Erholsame Nacht mit sehr guter Innenstadtlage!

Problemloser Check-in, Kofferaufbewahrung bei früherer Anreise problemlos möglich. Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes Appartement, ruhig, sehr bequemes Boxspringbett. Erholsame Nacht. Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Rhein. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Problemloser Check Out.

Superb

A perfect stop-over before a long-distance flight from the Frankfurt Airport - it was close to the Mainz station from which the train takes ca. 25 minutes to the airport. Highly comfortable and well equipped apartment facing a quiet (even if not the most picturesque) courtyard. Well-working wifi. A few minute walk to the interesting town centre of Mainz.

The fact that I am still waiting for my invoice to be sent by e-mail.

We stayed in a room with air-conditioning and it was large and cool on a 36c day

Hard to find, did not actually realise the reception was the restaurant. Some clearer instructions for checking in would have been helpful.

It was worth the little money we spend on it and we would stay there again.

It was located in the middle of Mainz and everything was easily walkable.

It could’ve been a little cleaner and it was lacking a wardrobe or some space to put away clothes.

Meinz has one of the best ballet company in Europe and this accomodation is the best place to stay!

We felt like we were the first guests of a brand new upscale hotel. Super modern, super clean, super nice

It would have been easier to explain that you have to walk IN the restaurant to find the Residence’s reception
