Soweit waren wir zufrieden. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - das Frühstücksbufett war sehr gut. Wir bekamen auch noch eine Tasse Kaffee nach Rückfrage.
Wir hatten Zimmer im 4. Stock bekommen. Leider ging der Fahrstuhl nur bis zur 3. Etage - danach nur über eine Treppe. Die Mansardenzimmer waren sehr klein. Meine Kollegin konnte sich nicht richtig im Zimmer bewegen wegen der Dachschräge. Leider waren die Matratzen sehr weich.

The hotel is good-looking, and my room was large and clean. I didn't ask for it, but someone cleaned up the room every day. I highly appreciated it! Another plus for the staff - unfortunately, I don't speak German language, but even the cleaning lady supported me via ChatGPT to get the invoice. Thanks a lot, dear lady!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Ein öffentlicher Bus hält vorm Hotel an und man kann Wiesbaden in eine Richtung sowie Mainz in andere Richtung ziemlich schnell erreichen.
Das Bettlaken war für mein Geschmack nicht besonders geschmeidig bzw. für mich zu warm (Jersey)

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür
Keine Handseife auf dem Zimmer, ich musste eine Etage nach unten laufen (der Fahrstuhl geht nur bis zur dritten Etage, ich war in der vierten). Dachgeschoss-Zimmer ist unnormal heiß, da bringt der kleine Ventilator nichts. Duschbrause konnte man nicht in die Hand nehmen
