Location, staff, layout and decoration were awesome! The pastries and coffee really make a difference too :) there were other little cute details like towels and toiletries that I really liked! Thank you Louis!
I didn’t feel comfortable sharing the room with old men who were semi-naked all the time. I would love to have the option of a female only room.
Another little detail is that taps in the kitchen, room and common toilet were constantly leaking and it’s a pity because the facilities are really nice. Everything else was perfect.

Great location, easy public parking, great room and amenities, very equiped kitchen.
The room was semi-underground which meant the humidity was even worse than it already is in the Azores.
