The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be more than enough to accommodate up to 6 of your fellow travelers. I promise you will not be disappointed! What an unparalleled opportunity to stay in a luxurious condo on the fourth floor for 6 people! Every room in my newly renovated first class apartment has a modern and luxurious décor, in the only apartment in the borough that is rented in the short term. The centerpiece of my penthouse is undoubtedly the open living room, the dining room and the kitchen, where everyone can meet to relax in front of the television and enjoy a traditional meal at the dining table. You will be able to share the pleasure of preparing a meal in the kitchen with a neat finish, which includes a full range of high quality appliances. As you would expect from a penthouse, the view through the windows and balcony is breathtaking. If there is a street just below the terrace, the apartment has full soundproofing, which means you will hardly notice outside traffic. There are three bedrooms in my penthouse: two with double beds, the third with 2 single beds. The two double bedrooms have their own TV and en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. If you are planning a visit to Quebec and would like your place of residence to be a topic of discussion, this penthouse is tailor-made for you. Paid parking is available nearby for those arriving by car. I welcome you to my home :) The neighborhood My condominium is not only beautiful, it is also located close to the Gare du Palais, the bus and train station of Quebec City. This way, if you arrive here by public transport, it will take literally a few minutes before you relax in the penthouse and unwrap your luggage. Getting around The penthouse is located right in front of the bus and train stations, so getting around Quebec City has never been easier. Public transport (train, bus, taxi, etc.) is easy to access. Parking near the apartment is easy: paid parking is available in the surrounding streets. What's more, Old Quebec is only 5 minutes walk. (no. d'établissement : 270266)

The location is terrific and the beds are comfy. The only issue was the bathroom sink did not drain properly. Management was notified and responded promptly. Everything is very walkable.

My family enjoyed our stay at the large and airy loft however we were dismayed to find no wifi available. I did contact the property owners who got back to me promptly but could not get the wifi back on. Maybe it's because we had international devices (from U.S.)? Anyway we are able to get by on hotspot but that was not enough for Zoom work calls so we had to get creative and use the train station and the adorable cat cafe down the street for reliable wifi. That said, the property was clean although showing signs of wear. If you are traveling with a family and don't need internet this is really a lovely place to stay. Be warned that it is a big of a climb to the old city so if you have people with mobility issues you may want to staying in the old city or use public transportation. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and cheap parking is available by the train station (it looks sketchy but we didn't have any problems there).

The penthouse has a fabulous view and is conveniently located immediately across from the train station. This property was super comfortable! The mattresses are great and the bed linens were high end. The extra-large dining table was the perfect gathering place for games, making site-seeing plans, and recapping the adventures of the day. Several delicious local restaurants just steps from the door and within an easy walk of a car rental to take an excursion outside the city. Great communication from the host, very helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely stay with this host again!

This penthouse was clean and well stocked. Beautiful and safe and close to anything you’d want with food and groceries a block away. Also Francois was so very helpful and responded immediately. Great stay !!!!
