This 2-Story home located in the desirable Silver Strand beach in Oxnard is waiting for you and your family and friends to enjoy! Upon entering the home you will be greeted with a bedroom and a family room. The family room is set up perfectly for children with two beds, games, television, and jack and jill bathroom which leads to the other spacious king size bedroom. This bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam topper, television, and leads to the outside patio with bicycles accessible to be used by you! On this floor you will also find a laundry room. As you walk up to the second floor, the large living area with television and fire place awaits you. Take a seat on the large sofa and take in the dreamlike harbor channel views, watch the sunrise, sunset and relax by the fireplace. Living room accommodates a pull out bed with memory foam mattress. Conveniently located on this floor is an office space, dining, and kitchen area! Also, on this floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed. Walk through to the master bedroom ideally located next to the spa and top deck with mesmerizing Kiddy Beach views! Hollywood by the sea home located on an over sized driveway which can accommodate at least 3 cars! Come visit Paradise at the Harbor! We had a very relaxing time. The large windows over looking the water, with the boats going in and out was a great view. Lots of seals at this time of year. We would recommend this home for anyone going to the Silver Strand area.

We wanted to create a new tradition since my husband had recently passed away and my daughter was going through divorce. This was the perfect place. Large kitchen. Great playroom for the kids. Across the street from the kiddie beach and super close to the big beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Choice of location was a miscue on my part...I had thought we were on the beach side of the harbor...Although convenient for driving in and out of the area the house is located 1 house off of a very busy main street in Oxnard so it isn't the quiet laid back atmosphere of some of the homes we have rented along the Channel Island Beach area in the past.However, unless staying right along the beach the views from inside the living room window was great for watching boats come and go....Nice set up for extended family - downstairs is quite dark and a bit musty with the outside patio fairly dirty. But our granddaughter loved the abundance of toys and games! Kitchen was nicely stocked with items that some places don't provide i.e. aluminum foil, saran, etc. Could use a blender and something to bake or microwave in....The property management was very responsive and pleasant to work with...there were no pots and pans when we arrived so they dropped off a brand new boxed set the next day...They understood that a family home rental needs to have some cookware. I think for the price I would prefer being in a quiet section on the west side of the harbor but this was serviceable and in inclement weather staying in with the view would be quite enjoyable!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, harbor and beach access. They were just across the street. So easy to go to the beach. Our view or the harbor and ocean was incredible. Loved the sunsets everyday. The house was comfortable and large. The kitchen was huge. Made dinner every night. One thing about the kitchen is that the kitchen cookware needs to be upgraded. We had to go and buy cutting knives, pans, assorted bowls etc. we left most of those items. So it I guess it has been upgraded a little. This however should not be taken away from our overall stay. We will go back. Other things we enjoyed were the perfect Hot tub. beds were very comfortable, new TVs in every room, Loved the new Washer and dryer, beach toys, nice neighbors, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Our family recommends this home to yours.
