Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin September 1st and is expected to continue through mid October. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.

We have been staying at Spanish Main since 2020. We continue coming back because the rules are consistently enforced. That creates a family-friendly atmosphere where everyone can relax & enjoy their vacation.This was our first time staying in a unit that wasn't on the ground floor, & we absolutely loved the incredible ocean views! As an added bonus, we were even able to watch a SpaceX launch right from the property.As a parent of a child with autism, I know how important accurate reviews can be, so here's my honest experience. The condo was spacious & well-stocked with just about everything we needed. There was even a box fan in the closet, which was a wonderful surprise for those who need background noise to sleep. The unit included plenty of towels, beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, & umbrellas.There are TVs in every room, including the dining area, which our family appreciated. We also loved having a washer & dryer in the unit. One thing to note for families with sound-sensitive children is that both appliances are quite loud in the common area, so you may want to plan laundry times accordingly.The master bed was a little softer than we prefer, but it was still comfortable. Microwave above the stove does not work, but there is a smaller countertop microwave available.The balcony overlooks the pool area.We could easily keep an eye on our teens while they swam.This condo is clearly well-loved and shows some signs of use, but it was clean, comfortable, & perfect for us

The view of the ocean was amazing, you also overlooked the pool, the whole place was clean, comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to start your morning with coffee to ending your day with a full course sit down spaghetti dinner, the washer and dryer allowed us light packing for our long stay. Beautiful place inside & out.

Loved the location, property was clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Pool closed a little too earlyโฆ especially with the heat. More geared towards an older generation for sure but overall really enjoyed it!

The room was fine and met our needs. The ocean view is a great memory. The kitchen was nicely equipped so we could also use the grill near the pool.
