About this apartment rental
Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin September 1st and is expected to continue through mid October. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.
Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

We were pleseantly surprised by the size and location of the condo and property. Large bedrooms 2 of which are directly facing the ocean! Decks (yes decks 2 of them) were very nice to watch the launches from. The kitchen could be outfitted a little more. Better pans and maybe a few pyrex type containers would have been nice for those meal left overs. But really I beautiful place that we wouldn't hesitate to rent again (maybe next year?!) Very good communication about everything from the rental service and they checked in by email. We really enjoyed our stay loved walking to the many surf shops down the road. Quiet beach and very well kept grounds. Thank you for the memories.

Check in easy, condo clean, pool very clean. Site is dated but condo was clean and in working order. The site was clean for the age of the building. Close to the beach.

This unit is very nice. The building itself is rather run down. Beach proximity is excellent. Can see launch pad from the balcony
