This beautifully remodeled townhome is a three bedroom, four bathroom home with granite countertops throughout. This home has it all and is in the center of everything Lake Gaston! The home is situated just 3.5 miles from Food Lion, ABC Liquors, Lake Life Clothing, Jet ski Rental, AF Wake, and more. Also 4 miles away you can find The Pointe Restaurant as well as Watersview Restaurant. Located 1000 yards from Henrico public boat launch! Enjoy a quick trip to Rosemont Winery just 20min away. https://rosemontofvirginia.com 4 miles from Lake Gaston Golf Club. The home offers two grand king bedrooms with full master bathrooms. There is an additional bedroom with 2 comfortable queen size beds, updated bathroom and plenty of closet space.. Livin' the Dream offers 3 floors of living with two large balconies with double sliding doors to enjoy the sun, the stars as well as beautiful sunsets each and every night (depending on season). Bring your boat or jet ski!! This property comes with several guest boat slips and a couple of moorings to tie up your Jet skis to have them at the ready. Relax at the bar downstairs and walk out to your private patio with both a Gas and Charcoal Grill and fire pit. Take the two kayaks (included in the price of the stay) out for a paddle and enjoy the beautiful lake. Tennis/Pickleball court available for use. Rackets available at the house. Went with friends to spend New Years together. Sunsets were beautiful every night. Lake views were wonderful. Unit was very complete with water sports items, games, bedding, kitchen supplies. Owner was very helpful. We loved it!

We took our 5 kids and a small dog for the week with our boat. We enjoyed and our dog loved fetching sticks from the multiple sandy beaches in the community. They are all very close and one is right in front of the home with an amazing cove/lake view. There are sunny and shady spots all day from trees or umbrellas that are on the beaches. The home was clean, comfortable, and roomy with every game and activity you can think of. We played pickleball, tennis, basketball and board games. It was so convenient to have our boat in a slip just a few steps away. The beds and linens were very comfortable and nice. The owner Tom did a great job with the renovations. It was nice to have AC on all 3 levels as well. Can't beat the view from the multiple decks, 2 living areas, one of the masters and the patio. Thanks Tom!

This property was amazing! It was tastefully decorated, very clean and functional for our family. Lots of tournament play on the ping pong table and card table in the basement. The view of the lake from the decks was beautiful! So many perks with this rental!

Great location and amenities for a family vacation. Just steps from the lake, we enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding and sailing. House was well equipped with games and water toys. Pickle ball, just out the door. Property was clean and well-maintained. Quiet, safe neighborhood.

We are frequent VRBO’ers, with 4 adults and two younger boys and we were beyond pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, how updated it was, the abundant amenities at your fingertips, the condition of the furniture, flooring, outdoor furniture, foosball, ping pong table, card table, boogie boards….I could go on….everything is like new! It shows how well Tom is genuinely committed to giving his guests the best vacation possible, by making sure everything is in the best condition. The boys were even able to catch some waves on their boogie boards from the boating & jet skiing on the lake. And last, but not least…the view is breathtaking. Sitting on one of the two balconies could not be more relaxing. Thank you Tom, for your timely responses to any of my questions and all the additional info to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back soon….when there’s availability!🤗

An easy drive from the triangle landed us in this beautifully renovated townhome with nice views and a sandy beach from which we enjoyed the lake. Spent the weekend reading on the deck, playing tennis, and eating giant sandwiches from the deli within walking distance. We can’t wait to get back to the comfortable beds and fire pit in the evenings!

The property has a great location however it was difficult to have to go up stairs or downstairs to the bathroom as the only bathroom on the main floor is attached to a non master bedroom.

This was perfect for our girl's weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to step away and relax. The view of the water and the island close by were perfect for watching the sun rise and set each day. I would come back here again!

This was our best experience at VRBO- and we've had many wonderful ones! Everything about the condo was outstanding- clean, new beds and appliances, the views were lovely, the condo was well stocked and welcoming! Communication with Tom was friendly and responsive. We brought our boat and had a dock provided. Just had a wonderful long weekend! We will be back!

We loved staying here. It was very clean (one of the best rentals ever encountered!), well equipped, and in a beautiful and quiet location. Tom was excellent to communicate with. Lots of games for the family to play/good family time! - ping pong, corn hole, foosball, basketball court, tennis/pickleball, puzzles/board games/inflatables for the lake, kayak. Lots of room for the teenagers to spread out/have their own space and big screen TVs. Excellent wifi. Comfortable beds. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to grocery store and yummy donut shop (Jenny Cakes). Thanks Tom. We had a great stay.

Sandy Trace is a great community and this house is the perfect spot on the water. Everything from a “beach” steps out the back door to swim and relax, and a guest boat dock for use right behind the house, I cannot say enough. This house is well suited for everyone and there is plenty to do, even on a rainy day. Loved the game area downstairs. You literally do not have to go anywhere; sit back, relax and enjoy.

Nice place with convenience of great views and beach area for little ones. Basement area was also nice for family games and tv. Can be a workout for older renters with 3 stories of stairs. Have stayed at Sandy Trace before and it brought back good memories. Would rent again.
