About this house rental

Located in Point Judith, this attractive house for $786 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning, bed linens and bathroom towel sets for the occupancy of the property. This five bedroom home offers three spacious floors of living, central air conditioning and incredible ocean views. The first floor features two bedrooms, full bathroom and living area. On the second floor there are three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms open onto the second floor, ocean facing deck. There is a large master suite with a separate seating area and ensuite bathroom. The third level is a spacious open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room. Breakwater Village Association beach is a short walk away as are shops and seafood restaurants. Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday. Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information. This home is managed by Sunrise Properties, a local Property Management company run by local Rental Agents, Kim Churas, Kara Churas & Heather Kelley.
