location great, beds comfortable, kitchen really well appointed, thank you. Bed 1 ceiling fan great.
With a toddler as advised , afternoon sun facing room-ceiling fans not possible due to double bunks, portable fans not possible due to toddler, no aircon.
toddler going to bed for day sleep and evening before dark so window closed to allow blind to block sun-TOO HOT WITHOUT AIRCON.
Not particularly clean-owners probably don’t know. Floors and lounge didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. upper shower drain buildup.

Location is great and the property has plenty of space inside with a nice garden out front
The inside of the property had the basics, but very bald. The panty was a small cupboard that contained coffee choices, teabags, salt
No paper towels, oil etc for the BBQ
Only a table and chairs out front (had to be washed down - along with the back area)
No furniture on the upstairs balcony
No personal touches at all - no aircon or heating (wood fire with logs but no fire starters).
It was disappointing for the cost
$$$$
