Great location close to beach and town. Cafe underneath building, staff very helpful, clean and beds comfortable. Had everything we needed to prepare own meals. Very good place to stay.
I found getting luggage up the stairs was a little challenging but I managed with some help. I was warned about construction next door but it wasn’t an issue really. The managers compensated us with some extra treats.

I normally would’ve rated the location as excellent however what really let it down and impacted our stay was the constant loud building works and radio noise from next door. We were perviously warned about construction however i had wrongly assumed it was construction of a house, not a large multi storey complex with constant beeping of reversing diggers, blaring radio, very loud high pitched drilling machinery etc. not ideal for what we were needing which was a relaxing holiday to unwind. The noise woke us each morning at 7am - so no opportunity for a holiday sleep in. And was constant until 5pm every single day of our holiday.
