good cozy bed. good access from the Nước ngầm bus terminal. convenient and cheap and good local food. next to the building there is a vietcombank cdm
it's facing to a big street with vnr railway track. the traffic is more and i hear trains and cargos passing by with honing. if you are sensitive to a noises, you should think twice

Not so far from center, 10-15 min via taxi
Cheap stay
No one speaks English , very difficult to communicate with staff
Very old furniture, wooden - had a feeling like something was biting us all of the times

Staff were really friendly and available 24/7. The bed was firm (great for a bad back!), linen was clean, and shower pressure was good. Great location to start to explore Hanoi and meet the locals.
If you're a light sleeper the trains may wake you up, and the place could do with a deep clean BUT you get what you pay for and it's cheap and decent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful , it was also close to the cinema and a big supermarket
It was a little too far out of town
