This is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING condo. A rental application to the owner's condo association is required -- minimum of 2 weeks advance notice is preferred. There is a mandatory $100 non-refundable application fee to the owner's condo association (listed as Administrative Fee in the VRBO system) for this transaction for each booking. Owners will send the rental application form upon receiving your confirmed booking. Note: This is a very simple and quick form to complete, but it is a condo association requirement for all renters.

Monthly and seasonal rentals are available year-round; no pets and no smoking, please. Minimum three-month bookings for the January - March or February - April high season periods are preferred, but not required; one month minimums the rest of the year.
