it was ok
I didn't like that i have to take the trash away and everything must be super clean when you leave, i dont like to do chores when vacation. and the sofa bed wasnt' comfortable

The apartment was nice
Communication could be improved, as replies from the host/guide were sometimes slow, taking up to 30 minutes. This was especially difficult during check-in, when I was waiting outside with my luggage and needed clear directions for accessing the property and collecting the keys.

Very big space.
Cheap furnishings. Very stingy with toilet paper and toiletries (only 5 small all-in-one tubes) for a 6 night stay and when I asked for more, I was told to buy my own. I was lucky I did not have diarrhoea or had to shower more than once a day. This is not an aparthotel and is more like an airbnb. The info booklet in the apartment will show as much, such as making guests take out trash etc.
