The hotel is centrally located, right on the Via di Francesco, with a hot shower and staff able to give recommendations for eating.
The room is not as advertised - there was no bath (only a shower) and the balcony did not have a lake view. This is a basic room and the listing should be amended to reflect this.

Sauberes Zimmer, leider direkt an stark befahrenen Lage. Andererseits gut am Franziskusweg gelegen. Das Bad war sehr klein und Wie das Zimmer eiskalt ohne eine Möglichkeit, zu heizen und Handwäsche zu erledigen. Da der Föhn nicht funktionierte, konnte man auch damit nichts trocknen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und erklärte, wo ich essen und in welcher Bar ich frühstücken konnte.

Freundlicher Empfang und Lage in der Stadtmitte am Franziskusweg
Keine Klimaanlage bei 35 Grad- auch kein Radiator!! Ein no go !!!
Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße wäre toll, aber um überhaupt Luft zu bekommen musste nachts das Fenster geöffnet bleiben und somit ständig Lärm!
