Spotlessly clean. Loved the levels of gardens and plenty of places to lounge in the sun. Clean pool and spa. The views are spectacular
Restaurant the best we ate at while here.
A little away from the town, for us older people it took about 45 minutes to walk down many steps or you could go the long way down, we got Taxi back up as too steep for us to walk.
Other than the distance to town we loved staying at the hotel.

Paid extra for sea view room was great with view of Vesuvius, beautiful pool, high quality food in restaurant, they helped turn our car around in the garage and didn’t scratch it!
The location is VERY VERY difficult to get to, requires a tiny car to get through the narrow road and into the driveway, the turning from the main road is only accessible if coming from Naples direction making it very difficult to return to the property if coming from Sorrento direction.
Do not book here if you’re stressed about scratching a rental car, or if you’re an inexperienced driver!!
If another car comes towards you on the tiny road then it’s very very difficult to let them pass or turn around.
Not in walking distance to anything so felt isolated
There was no air conditioning despite us paying for a room with air con, only a fan function so room didn’t actually get cold, no WiFi on third floor
€3 extra per towel
Staff did not speak much English and were unable to assist with aircon/WiFi
The “sofa” in the room was actually a fold up bed with bare mattress, looked very tacky and was too upright to actually lounge on it.
Nothing in minibar, no coffee or milk provided in room, there was a kettle but the only plug it would fit was under the desk so it had to go on the floor when
