Room was clean and Valentina was awesome. Great communication and the room was as pictured. Close to the port, Marina, coat and nice restaurants. Breakfast was really good.
The "lobby" was dingy and sketchy and difficult to get past the 3 layers of security keys. Once in our"suites" everything was nice.

Unbelievably soft bed. Hoooot water that lasted at least 45 min. Awesome center-mounted 12" showerhead with an attached hand-sprayer. We didn't come close to deserving the amazing breakfast spread prepared for us with fruit, pastries, juice, made-to-order omelettes, and more. Staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Room was very clean and large.

The breakfast was brilliant every morning with loads of different choices. The local produce was fresh and tasty, and we were spoilt for choice.
We did not have any things we did not like, the lift wasnot working during our stay but was not important for us.
