Great little hotel. Good location. Nice staff. Good breakfast.
The windows aren’t soundproof. The noise of the street, especially the trams definitely make ear plugs a must.

Location very handy for access all round.
The breakfast was seriously impressive, the best we've had that I can remember.
Cleanliness & comfort were top notch, staff very friendly & helpful.

Rooms were nice and was in a good location, Staff were friendly, but only during the day.
Manager was nice, offered us an alternative room which would have been higher up, but was too late and party had already happened with no other events whilst we were there.
First night we got there, a party was going on late into the night underneath us, this went on until around midnight and they kept opening the door so music was loud. Even when they didn’t open the door, it was still loud as the rooms don’t really block any noise out.
Just throughout the day or night when trams were running and traffic was going past you could hear everything.
Staff in the evening weren’t really much help, just seems like they were there to fill the void and mostly on their phones when you walked into reception.
Wouldn’t really recommend the breakfast in the hotel, was a bit expensive for what it was when there are nice places round the corner for cheaper.
