I generally like everything but one of the mornings there was someone on the phone outside, talking very laudly, cursing and that was disturbing

Lovely bathroom and toiletries. Clean comfy bed. Large room. Lift on property. Ability for the neighbouring hotel to keep our luggage post check out for the day.
Staffers check in. The code for my room didn’t work so had to put my phone on roaming to call the other hotel - after a 37 degree train journey not ideal. Check in details not sent til 2 pm of check in day - again not ideal. Huge stains on carpets ( I took photos) - carpet needs to be replaced.

The hotel is outside the centre but it's only a 25 minute walk to the main square, also located right next to tram stops. Room was spacious and perfectly clean. Beds were very comfortable, and air conditioning meant the room was always cool even when it was 35C outside. Bathroom facilities were superb except the hair dryer not working. Additions of an iron and a fridge were also great.
Lack of staff was strange at first but certainly didn't detract from the experience, rooms are still cleaned daily including new bottles of water and clean towels. Breakfast being served in a different hotel may be awkward for some but there are plenty of other places to go right next to the hotel. No big criticisms at all!

Location is good. Very central and close to interesting sights. Breakfast was excellent, except for the coffee machine which wasn't that good. The staff is fairly friendly and speaks English quite well.
Look, to be clear. This is hardly a 4 star hotel. These are all things that were negative for us. First of all, the room was in bad shape. I have pictures of all of this. The bathroom door casing had severe water damage and was rotten through. This was covered in white paint instead of replacing it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall in some places. The AC didn't work well at all. The room was 30 degrees long after I set the AC to minimum (16). There was a large stain on the wall next to the bed.
Now, another critique that is more individual. The pillows are huge and quite hard. I was not used to that, and they were really uncomfortable to sleep on. I asked for a smaller pillow, but they didn't have it.
The breakfast restaurant only had one chair for babies (though it's a cheap IKEA chair). If the chair is taken, tough luck.
