unfortunately almost no internet with with weak wifi and almost mo cooling ac below 24 or 23 (even after trying 3 more rooms with first room 26 c !!)

What did you like about the property?
This hotel truly felt like a six-star experience. Everything about our stay was beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a wonderful spa, swimming pool, and access to a private beach. Everything was exceptionally clean, and I especially appreciated the privacy of the balconies.
The staff were amazing—kind, attentive, helpful, and always welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Shanol, who speaks Arabic very well and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with many of our questions and making us feel very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also lovely and maintained an excellent standard of cleanliness.
We had such a wonderful and memorable stay here. I would absolutely love to return, and I have already been recommending this hotel to my friends and family.
Nothing! Everything about our stay was fabulous, and I genuinely cannot think of anything I would change.
