About this house rental
Situated in New Buffalo, this lovely house for $836 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Harbor Country. This sprawling five bedroom 3-1/2 bathroom, 2 family room home is the perfect place for you and your family or friends. The first floor includes a king bedroom with tv, full bathroom, spacious dining room, large gourmet kitchen with island and plenty of counter space, a large family room with a flat-screened TV, a great place to gather! That then leads to the laundry room and powder room. At the top of the staircase you will find a loft/sitting area that includes a flat screened TV. That then leads to the remaining 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. The first bedroom includes two full size beds, second and third bedroom are both fitted with queen beds and the master bedroom includes a king bed. This home is just a short walk to Brewster's Italian, or waterside fine dining at Bentwood Tavern or The Terrace Room. From our home you'll enjoy the short walk to downtown New Buffalo and the beach. Whether you are planning an all-adult trip or a family getaway this home sleeps 12 comfortably, and is the perfect complement to any of your planned activities. Enjoy our spacious backyard for outdoor games, hanging out in the hot-tub, playing a game on our bocci ball court or relaxing by the fire-pit with a glass of a local wine or micro-brew. This open concept house plan allows for plenty of room for the kids to be entertained while you sit back, relax and enjoy Pure Michigan. We have added exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our home for liability reasons for our insurance. They are located at the front door and side of driveway. There are absolutely no cameras located inside the house. This location is ideal in so many ways. Just an hour away from Chicago by car or Amtrak, you'll soon be steps away to all the conveniences of Harbor Country. Hop on a shuttle to Four Winds Casino, or a short drive to Blue Chip Casino and the Outlet Mall. A great place to take walks to town or the beach as well as bike riding. Tour the wineries and micro-breweries and so much more. There is a house guide in a binder at the property with all the information you will need. Also, City of New Buffalo passed an ordinance, effective 6/14/21, that limits parking to 4 cars maximum, limits number of guests to 14, enforces the noise ordinance and requires a Reservation Summary. That form requests the full name and date of birth for the main contact, full name and age of each guest, and make, model and license plate number (including State) for each car that will be on the property. That form needs to be in the city’s hand no less than 24 hours before reservation. That form will be sent to you in a fillable format but if you would rather send me the information, I can fill it out for you. Thank you for your cooperation.

What a great long weekend with our family ladies wine trip. The house was perfect! Very comfortable for 6 of us. Minor issue with the GFI plugs in all the bathrooms. Property manager offered to try and find someone to stop by but we told her not to bother since it was a minor issue on the weekend. Hot tub was great! Weather was cold, rainy and dreary, but we made the most of it. House looked like all new construction. Highly recommend for big families!

This vacation rental is perfect for a big group or family. Plenty of room to spread out but nice big gathering spaces for time together. Check-in and check-out process super easy. Great location close to downtown New Buffalo, the marina, and beach, all of which were walkable.

Overall, very nice stay for our party of 9. House is newer and clean as expected from prior reviews, and efficiently spaced. Though max capacity is listed for 14, we felt just right sized for our party of 9. Kids enjoyed the bocce court. Bit more of a walk from town than expected, but still short walk nonetheless. We were unfortunately unable to enjoy the hot tub during our trip due to a malfunction, but the property manager was able to identify the problem soon and issued a credit as we would not be expected to use the hot tub during our trip. Did appreciate quick response by the property manager when issues came up. Cleaners who arrived during our check-out may have been more rude that soured our trip's ending, but that should not reflect on the house or property manager so would still give 5 stars overall for the stay.

Your home was perfect! We had so much fun relaxing and eating meals on the deck, playing bocce and roasting marshmallows with the grandkids. Plenty of separation in the house. It was very spacious.

This house was everything that was advertised and more. The bedrooms are spaced out nicely and the seven of us had more than enough room. It's walking distance to downtown New Buffalo. Mary was very accommodating.

Beautiful, new home, close to shops & restaurants. 4 bedrooms upstairs, one on main floor worked so well for sleeping areas. Our group needed 2 homes to accommodate our vacation this year...this was 1 1/2 blocks from our other home, which was so convenient. Best of all....Mary Lynn, our property host, was very accessible & responded within minutes--she is our favorite!

Eight of us traveled from 3 different states to meet in New Buffalo for the weekend. The house couldn’t possibly have been better, down to the smallest detail. It was super easy to communicate with Mary and she was always kind and accommodating. We really enjoyed the restaurants and beach, as well as hanging out in the house, on the deck and in the yard. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect for our family of 8. The backyard was great for relaxation and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Way better than any 5 star luxury hotel.

What a wonderful home. Fully loaded, beautiful decor, spacious and clean. Great layout for cooking and gathering, and nice outdoor space. Will stay again!! Owners were available but not intrusive. We felt very welcomed and at home at the White House
