Our group of 9 people enjoyed their stay. Marco, one of the managers, was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at their restaurant Voliere. The hotel is located on a quiet backstreet of Fiesch. The rooms have large doors that open onto a nice balcony. This is an excellent place to stay, to walk 8 minutes to the Egglishorn gondola and hike the Panoramaweg above the Aletschgletcher.
With these hot summer days, all hotels in Europe should provide a room fan for air circulation. Few hotels have AC. The first thing I purchase when I arrive in Europe is a fan, but my friends didn’t have their own fans.

Hotel is lovely, clean, comfortable with everything you need.
It was very warm and there was no air con or even a fan. Trying to sleep even though the bed was beautiful and comfy was very hard.

Room design, style and outdated decorations and fixtures in the rooms, lifts, lobby etc.
