The food was exceptional, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.
It was a little difficult to cool the room although the temperatures were high. We made good use of the fan.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely spacious and had everything we needed to settle in for one evening. Breakfast was great too.
The air conditioning wasn’t very cold but that couldn’t be helped as it was exceptionally hot weather and we were on the top floor.

Beautiful clean Hotel with a gracious staff located close to the Bahnhof and city center. Wonderful restaurant on site. Delicious breakfast with excellent scrambled eggs, fine breads, cheese, and sliced meats and a variety of teas. we also really enjoyed going to Brigerbad— take your own towels there. Don’t forget your guest karte.
In the summer, they provided two fans, but it was a very hot time of year. Since the space is somewhat small, it would be a good idea to have a few more hooks to hang things.

The property was very clean and the restaurant was excellent
No AC provisioned, with recent experience i guess we wont opt Summer to visit this place. Even with 3 fans provided to our family which was indeed generous of them but extremely hot rooms. We couldnt have a good nights sleep for the 2 nights we stayed there causing our trip to be more tedious ! All other facitilities were great and thank you for looking after us
