Great location, very clean room and bathroom, incredible views from our balcony ❤️ also, the whole time we felt like we’re taken care of as if we’re visiting good friends, the whole hotel team is amazing 🤩 very good breakfast and we loved the dinner - delicious! Highly recommend the place and we would definitely come back!

The Hotel is perfectly located on the slope (just nearby the arrival of the cable car) with a fantastic view over the mountains. We had an excellent dinner during our stay.
Breakfast is super with great choice and local food.
Also the personnel has been very gentle and helpful. Would definitively recommend Hotel Jungfrau and we will come back for our next stay
The beds and furniture in the room could probably be improved / renovated but overall the hotel has a good value-for-money

Best hotel we stayed so far in Switzerland, very clean, amazing hosts, great food and view from the balcony! Will definitely return!
P.S. As bonus they also had a house dog!

not so much-
Breakfast was OK
Staff was not very friendly
reception hours very limited.
You can reach the hotel only with cable car and this is not very clearly mentioned in the hotel description
Mattress and pillow were not comfortable
