Clean room, good facilities and clean comfortable bedding.
Bathroom door is a glass piece that turns in to become the shower door. Because of this the bathroom has little to no sound proofing. Bathroom also has poor air ventilation.

The location was perfect for the show we attended in the 02 indigo set in the dock with the cable cars just next door. The train (Elizabeth line) dropped us a short walk away at the Excel centre and it's a just up from there. Breakfast was self service with a great selection of hot and cold food.
We would definitely stay here again.
The room is cool but it's a tad on the small side and fine for a couple but that's all. No tv in the room either which we weren't bothered about but I know people like to have one.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was extremely clean and fresh.
No soundproofing at all. I laid awake at night listening to the person next door snoring! Every time they went to the toilet, we could hear. We could hear their conversations!!!
