We have never stayed in a contact less hotel before but after staying here we will come again the place was very clean comfortable with quirky whitby themed rooms and quiet even being in the central location it was very secure too. Even upon leaving the lady cleaning was very nice and friendly. Loved it

The quirky stories for each room, cool decor and fuss free vibe. Also, the location is great and the hosts are very easy to contact if you need them.

Location is brilliant , room very clean and very nicely decorated , we had the smallest room , however of good size , shower is the best shower I’ve ever had in a room !! Very nice touches on the landing guests , can get extra teabags coffee milk , there was also an ironing board and iron for guests to use .

The location was excellent ideally located for all of the attractions
The room was very small more like a single room rather than a double. We left after 2 night rather than the 3 nights we had paid for . We were offered a different room for the remainder of our stay at extra cost £ 85. For 2 nights but decided not to except it . Long way to travel for 1 night . ( CHECK YOUR ROOM BEFORE VISITING).
