Good selection for breakfast, room very comfortable, although the shower screen didn't stop me flooding the bathroom floor. Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay, which wasn't communicated before we arrived, and walking up and down the flights of stairs what hard going. The wallpaper in the bedroom/bar area was amazing.
Instructions on how to work the shower would be useful. Communication beforehand that the lift was out of order. Would of liked Yorkshire products in the room, i.e. Yorkshire Tea, shower cap would of been useful too.

Very impressive room/suite, plenty space, modern, clean.
Breakfast very nice too, plenty choice and served quickly.
TV in the jacuzzi bath a nice touch too.
Bathrooms very nice looking.
No fridge or safe.
Air con controlled by reception - we had to ask to turn it on as the room was hot at night - not much ventilation in the bedrooms. Fans were in rooms but didnt drop the temperature. Air con helped and slept better the 2nd night.

The First Lady we saw at reception was rude but other than that everyone was very nice

Good location. Welcoming and knowlegadble staff. Parking permit system was easy to use and parking was available nearby. Cleaning staff were very efficient.
Ventilation in the room was poor and there wasnt anywhere yo put our cases. The breakfast was only average quality. Poached eggs were only runny on 1 of 3 occasions.
