On arrival we were met with helpful staff which continued throughout the stay. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and no problem in replacing something we didn't want to eat with something we liked better.
Nothing.

Location was great, beds comfortable, room warm. Plenty of tea and coffee to make more than one drink.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Good location. Welcoming and knowlegadble staff. Parking permit system was easy to use and parking was available nearby. Cleaning staff were very efficient.
Ventilation in the room was poor and there wasnt anywhere yo put our cases. The breakfast was only average quality. Poached eggs were only runny on 1 of 3 occasions.
