Everything was perfect, the location was brilliant, very comfortable and cosy room, with brilliant views, very nice staff.

The location was great
It’s a little bit shabby. Could do with a refresh. Stair carpet was disgustingly dirty. Toilet flush was coming away from the wall. Mould and damp on the shower screen, poor mattress, creaky floor boards and a disgusting smell of food in the bedroom, which is now all over our clothes

Central location and balcony looking over the harbour
The room is a little tired in places ,could do with a refresh. The decking on the balcony needs replacing and the railings repainting other than that excellent room .Would have liked breakfast included in the price .

Location, view, restaurant food
Nobody from the Hotel made contact to see if we were enjoying our stay, or needed anything, other than initially to give us the key ( no mention of what to do with the key on departure),
Supplied cups for tea/coffee in room not cleaned after use, although room looked to have had towels folded, bed made and bin emptied daily
Old building with wooden floors, meant every move made in the room upstairs above ours was very intrusive/noisy, tolerable in daytime, not great at 05.00am in morning
No where to put clothes, other than hanging in wardrobe,(poor selection / number of plastic hangars - invest in some wooden ones!) A small chest of drawers would help, along with an armchair
one of ceiling lights not working in bathroom - made it very dark
