The quiet location of the villa in beautiful countryside. The villa was immaculate, very, very clean and very well equipped. Particularly lovely main bedroom suite and great size pool.
Wi-fi doesn't extend to the main, upstairs bedroom but the limited wi-fi availability is explained in the property notes.

Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Located in a quiet area.
Initially we struggled to find the switch for the main access gate as this was detailed in the welcome pack!

Lovely and spacious, very clean, beautiful pool. Felt very safe. Well located to visit the historic centre of Cuitadella.
Although everything worked, some of the fixtures and fittings need updating or require some attention.

The quiet location surrounded by fields and away from other properties but close to beautiful Ciutadella with its fine restaurants was excellent. The villa was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, including a welcome pack. The outside seating area near the pool and with lovely views was where we spent most of our time. Easy to get to the supermarket on the roundabout and then onward to beaches.
The villa lacks character and charm. It is uncomfortable indoors. It is so close to Ciutadella we had hoped we might be able to walk across but there is no path through (by car follow the signs to Port Antic and take the steps down from the free car park). The pool is probably not child-safe and needs grab rails.
