The owner is super friendly and hospitable, and although I didn't consider the pool when booking, Mazunte can be really hot and it's really great being able to cool off in there. The location means it's quiet, and has a beautiful view from the terrace
Nothing they can do about it! but it is up a hill, so in the middle of the day, it's a sweaty journey home.

Such a lovely stay! The pool was great, the air conditioning worked well, we were able to use the kitchen to cook for ourselves, and the staff was lol super friendly. Thank you to Caesar for taking care of our every need.

Great location slightly off the main strip but short walk, amazing view, lovely cooling swimming pool to relax in under the stars, very friendly staff!
A communal fridge & available filtered drinking water would make the stay even better.

Nice view over Mazunte

The hotel seemed under construction (considerable noise, eerie pool area)
Difficult to reach (though that is emphasized in the description)
Shower with low pressure
It’s in the middle of the nature so it’s normal that you will find some insects
No drinking water
Overall found it a bit expensive for the quality, but I think this is common in Mazunte
$$$$
