It's basic, if you have these expectations, you'll be fine.
First room, the mattress basically had a dip in it that went to the concrete, I was moved rooms, and the next in one was better but still not very good quality.
No glass in the windows, only bug net. So not very private
Very little amenities, like no ashtrays, lights didn't work, a clothes line would be nice, no bedside light, no hooks or tables anywhere. The little things that make a stay nice, a bit more homely.

Great location, next to the main road and a few meters away from the entrance of the main street leading to the beach.
Great staff, very considerate and friendly.
The rooms are very clean.
There is no AC and the ceiling-mounted fan is either OFF or 100% ON, which makes a awful lot of noise.
The mattress is old and shrunken in some places, which makes it not so confortable.

Marcelino. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable so we could enjoy our stay to the maximum. He has the right attitude for tourism and was a true caballero for those who are understanding, respectful, and kind. We very much appreciated his attention and courtesy.
Location. Very convenient being close to everything.
The first room we received had horrible beds and the room was stuffy but we were very happy with the effort made by Marcelino to find a solution to have better beds so we could sleep since the first night we only slept a couple of hours. We couldn't work if we couldn't sleep so glad there was an option to change.

I did think I would be attacked by animals at some point during the night haha
